This coat is made of soft corduroy. Corduroy is a durable, ridged fabric. This fabric is known for its unique ridge pattern, thick texture, soft touch, appearance and wearing comfort. When corduroy producers weave it in various widths, it becomes a blazer. Fabric historians believe that corduroy originated around 200 AD from an Egyptian fabric called fustian. Now corduroy fabric is back in fashion.
This solid lapel corduroy blazer features a classic lapel color, two button closures, two chest patch pockets and two front waistbands in a classic fit. It's easy to layer with everything from dress shirts to solid tees or smart casual like chinos and jeans.
